Returns Policy
LBB RESIN RETURNS POLICY - UPDATED 10/2024
LBB Resin aims to provide a happy shopping experience for all of our customers, but we do understand that sometimes a product is just not right for you. We aim to make our returns and exchanges program as simple as possible for our valued customers.
Items that are Damaged / Faulty, Missing or Not Received -
You must notify us within 30 days - You can contact our support team about issues with your order at info@lbbresin.com.au or use our "contact us" link located on the footer of our website.
Exchanges & Returns -
Are done so on a case by case basis. LBB Resin reserves the right to decline any and all exchanges/returns. If an exchange/return is accepted by LBB Resin We may issue a full refund, including any applicable sales taxes, for any products returned within the requirements outlined below. #
Final Sale / Clearance Items -
Some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final-sale items will be noted as such in their descriptions or by being placed into our clearance section on the website. Please review all information of the products you are interested in prior to purchase.
Additionally, all discounted/promotional items from sales events, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Warehouse Promo's are also considered final sale.
# Requirements for returns & exchanges -
Includes original packaging & product in like-new condition - any returned product(s) must be returned with any original packaging, and in the condition which the product(s) arrived. LBB Resin may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued to the customer, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them at their own cost. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, LBB Resin will recycle or dispose of the product.
- Please note that any shipping fees/charges you may have paid in connection with your order may be deemed non-refundable.
Return Process -
1. Contact LBB Resin support at info@lbbresin.com.au or use our "contact us" link located on the footer of our website.
2. If an order or product is deemed eligible for return by LBB Resin support, we may email you a return label. Once the label is received follow the instructions in the return label email to ship the product back to us.
3. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier's location.
4. Wait for confirmation of receipt from LBB Resin support staff.
